Safe Sense Services Overview

 

It is recommended that Safe Sense safety guides are purchased for each attendee prior to the scheduled training session. However, they will be available to purchase on-site prior to all in-person training sessions.

Electronic copies (Not for Sale or Circulation) are available for all training sessions via Zoom for $4.95. Proof of payment must be received prior to the training session.

  • Follow up/recap via email or phone suggesting safety issues, techniques, and points that would be most relevant and useful to your staff & facility

 

SS1 ($75.00):  30 minutes; Live Video Session via Zoom: 20 minutes Personal Safety Presentation, Discussion and Safety Situational Awareness Tips; 10 minutes Q & A session

  • Situational awareness definition and discussion

SS2 ($100.00): 45 minutes In-Person; 30 minutes Personal Safety Presentation, Discussion and Safety Situational Awareness Tips; 15 minutes Q & A session

SS5 ($250.00 - $3000.00): Safe Sense Mindful Awareness Business Safety Plan

 

Service Description:

 

  • In-Person thorough facility walk-through with a designated Company Representative. This service may take 1 hour to up to 5 business days to complete.

 

  • The length of this service session depends upon the following:

 

  1. Facility square footage
  2. Number of employees
  3. Number of departments
  4. Length of time to complete the Safe Sense safety service assessment

 

  • A comprehensive electronic report regarding Safe Sense’s noted safety concerns and suggested safety improvements. (A hardcopy can be provided upon a written electronic request by noted company contract Representative.)

Safe Sense Policies

 

  • The Client is responsible for “All” applicable additional costs for travel and/or lodging expenses. The total cost will be determined prior to service scheduling. A 50% deposit (U.S. Dollars Only) is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due upon Safe Sense’s arrival to the confirmed event/location.

 

Payment Options: PayPal (@safesensellc) and business checks

 

  • There are no refunds of deposits once a service date/time has been confirmed and a signed contract has been completed. A transfer of a deposit to a rescheduled available date/time can be made if Safe Sense has received a confirmed 24-hr. cancellation notice.
